Friday
I have been a good child, and I stayed at home for the whole day after waking up at 11.30pm. Again, without going out, I feel like I'm super lazy and not doing anything constructive or meaningful. Watched Sherlock Holmes in the afternoon, and it was super hard to listen to their conversation.
At night, went out for dinner at Onix Juni (wondering whether the spelling is correct) with Kaylynn and Chee Khoon. It is the Korean restaurant that Yi Wen has always recommended. The food was okay because I personally do not prefer Korean food. Chee Khoon wanted to belanja us, but the bill was super expensive. He has been making loads of investment on us. We then continued with snooker since it is early. Looking at the rookie aka Kaylynn playing was just awesome. But then, we left after an hour because Chee Khoon couldnt stand the smoke. He left early because he thought he was being light bulb.
Since it was early, I suggested we walk around Greentown area and we ended up sitting at the staircase nearby our cars. It was a night that I will never forget.
Saturday
Prepared for a family trip. First station, Genting Highlands. It has been n years since I last been there. I was shocked that Dad plan to just stop by at Genting to get the cooling breeze. Haha.. Random huh? Kaylynn, maybe my randomness came from my dad. Haha.. In the evening, we went down to Kepong, after settling our accommodation, we went for Salted Egg Crab and also Cheese Crab. The food was delicious, yummy yummy.. It follows with a walk at One Utama where we ended in a traffic jam when going back. KL life, full of jams...pathetic betul..
Sunday
Continued the trip to Putrajaya. Dad planned to send a proposal of Ajib Gor.. Lol..From Kepong to Putrajaya, it took around 35mins. Amazingly, Putrajaya is super huge!! I am serious..Super duper huge!!! All our taxpayers' money were used to build this huge city!! The houses around was build without gates, like those western countries. I think, most of the government servants own it. Then, the government buildings..There are just huge, and it took up a lot a lot of space.. Now, you can imagine my jaw dropping when I entered the city. Spent an hour or so there, and decided to leave because I have an appointment with Ms. Yiwen..The highlight of the day!!
Dad purposely send me to Kelana Jaya Station when they are supposedly going to Puchong. Met up with Yi Wen and we head to KL Sentral. Seriously, after going to Singapore, the LRT in KL, the escalator is just slow. plain slow. And, there starts our non-stop conversation. We had our lunch at an Indian restaurant near Brickfields Asia College (BAC) and we had maggi goreng!! Maggi goreng!!! Dunno how many months didnt eat it ady..Lol.. We proceeded to Times Square and lepak for the purpose of buying CNY shirts. Well, we didnt really buy many things because Times Square's shirt has become more and more "lala"..
Dad then bought us for early dinner at Aloy Street. The food sucks to the max!!! and worst, there were cockroaches coming out from the pot!!! They call this street a tourist attraction somemore..Disgrace!! Maybe these cockroaches made it more delicious because at night, people do not notice these tiny little creatures..Yi Wen, if you are reading this, remember, you still have 42months/1200+ days to SUFFER!!! haha..
While walking with Yi Wen, we never stop talking. we can chat on many different things, whatever that comes in to our mind. It just like letting everything out after so many months of not seeing each other. So can you imagine how was it like back in school? haha.. 6 hours was not enough for both of us.. seriously, it was not enough and I wish I have had more time with her.. Gonna start missing this friend again and do not know when will be the next time we will meet again. It is hard to have a friend that you can tell everything to. She's one of the people that I treasure a lot!!
One week has passed and this one week has been fruitful in Ipoh. Besides searching for good food (which is a must), I also met up with people that have been really important character in my life. The next thing to think of is when to go back to Singapore and what to do before I go back.. I want to make my holidays more meaningful..^^
